This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, what delivery timelines to expect, and how we keep you updated. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Processing & Dispatch

Processing window: 2–3 business days.

Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 08:00 AM (Mon–Sat) generally ship the same business day.

No dispatch on Sundays & public holidays.

Live plants prep: Live plants may need an additional 2–3 business days for careful preparation and packing.
Couriers & Shipping Method

We partner with DTDC (air where available/appropriate) for faster shipping.

Delhivery , DTDC & Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) are used for locations not serviceable by DTDC (or when more reliable for a given pincode).

Mode (air/ground) may vary by carrier serviceability and shipment safety.
Delivery Estimates

Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch.

Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

We don’t maintain a list of non-serviceable Pincodes; However, delivery time can vary due to carrier network conditions, weather, or operational constraints.

Order Splits (Partial Shipments)

To avoid delays, we may ship items separately (e.g., seeds first, live plants later) based on preparation times or courier safety guidance. You’ll get tracking for each parcel.
Tracking & Notifications

Tracking details are shared within 12–24 hours of dispatch via Email and WhatsApp.

Please allow the carrier up to 12–24 hours after receipt to show the first scan.
Address Changes

You can request an address change before dispatch by contacting us (details below).

After dispatch, address changes are typically not possible; we’ll do our best to help within carrier limits.
Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable (RTO)

Couriers generally perform multiple delivery attempts and may contact you.

If a parcel is marked undeliverable/returned to origin, we’ll reach out via call, email, and WhatsApp to help with next steps in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Packaging & Live Plant Safety

We use shock-absorbing, well-ventilated packaging with soil/pot protection to help plants arrive safely and minimize transit stress.
